I bought this because I am a middle-aged man making a bit more of an effort to keep an eye on my health, and I wanted an easy way to occasionally check a couple of basic parameters without turning it into a major production.

Bought this item because I’ve been having problems with my heart rate every day I’ve been using a blood pressure cuff, but this finger clip is fantastic. Gives me my oxygen and heart rate.

Fast & Accurate Readings: Delivers blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate numbers in about 10 seconds with solid, consistent accuracy.

Wendy BVerified buyer

These oximeters are every bit as good as the ones that the doctor's office uses. They seem to be accurate as can be. The only drawback that I can see is that if your hands are cold, it takes a while longer to register.

Keeping an eye on wellness at home

Keep it in a drawer for whenever you want a quick look at your numbers.

Questions, Answered.

Everything you need to know before you buy.

What does Nimbray measure?

Three readings: an estimate of your blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) as a percentage, your pulse rate (PR) in beats per minute, and your perfusion index (PI), an indicator of the relative strength of the pulse signal at your fingertip.

Does it measure blood sugar or glucose?

No. Nimbray is a pulse oximeter. It does not measure blood glucose or blood sugar.

Does it need a blood sample?

No. Nimbray uses light-based pulse oximetry, so there's no finger prick and no blood sample.

How do I get a steady reading?

Sit still, rest your hand at heart level and keep it still until the numbers settle. Use a warm hand, put your finger all the way in, and remove nail polish or artificial nails from that finger.

What is perfusion index (PI)?

PI is an indicator of the relative strength of the pulse signal the device detects at your fingertip. It's a signal-strength guide, not a diagnosis of blood flow problems.

Is Nimbray a medical device? Can it diagnose anything?

Nimbray is sold as a general wellness device. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it doesn't replace advice from a doctor. If you feel unwell or are worried about your readings, contact a doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

What's in the box?

One Nimbray™ Fingertip Pulse Oximeter.

How long does shipping take, and can I return it?

Processing Time: 1-3 Days

Shipping Time: 5-11 Days

Returns: 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
